Downloading, registering, and using the Mobile Application confers the status of user (hereinafter, the "User") and implies full acceptance of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Terms of Use

1. Use of the Mobile Application

The Mobile Application allows the User to manage and configure parameters of Turbo Energy-branded equipment (hereinafter, the "Equipment") through its services (the "Service").

The User agrees to use the Mobile Application in compliance with applicable laws, public order, and these Terms of Use. Improper use, including unlawful activities or infringement of third-party rights, is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, and databases associated with the Mobile Application, including the source code, are the exclusive property of Turbo Energy or licensed to it for legitimate use.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Mobile Application. Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering, disassembling, or decompiling the Mobile Application, except as permitted by law.

3. Exclusion of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Turbo Energy does not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability, or functionality of the Mobile Application and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time.

Turbo Energy is not liable for damages arising from:

• Incorrect configuration of the Equipment through the Mobile Application.
• Incompatibility between the Mobile Application and the User's device or operating system.
• Security issues such as viruses or malware affecting the User's device.
• Decisions made based on information within the Mobile Application.

In case of content that may infringe User or third-party rights, Turbo Energy should be notified immediately at sac@turbo-e.com.

4. User Obligations

The User must follow Turbo Energy's guidelines for the proper use of the Mobile Application and Equipment configuration. Turbo Energy is not responsible for issues caused by non-compliance.

The User acknowledges that any decisions or actions based on the Mobile Application's information are made at their own risk.

5. Device Permissions

The Mobile Application may require specific permissions (e.g., network access or Bluetooth) for its functionality. These permissions do not involve collecting personal data.
